titleOfInvention Method for extracting capsanthin ointment
abstract The invention relates to a method for extracting a natural pigment, and concretely relates to a method for extracting a capsanthin ointment. The method comprises the following steps: processing dry paprika powder with no molds to form particles with the diameter phi of 2-6mm, and adding the particles into an extraction container; extracting the particle raw material with dimethyl ether as a solvent, carrying out solid-liquid separation after the extraction, and repeatedly extracting the separated solid phase 1-10 times; and filtering or settling the obtained liquid phase to remove fine impurities in the liquid phase, carrying out reduced pressure separation to obtain a gas phase and a concentrate, and removing water and volatile matters from the concentrate at a temperature of 20-50DEG C under a gauge pressure of below -0.085MPa to prepare the capsanthin ointment. The method allows the capsanthin ointment to be extracted without raw material kind restriction, has the advantages of full utilization of the raw material resource, high extraction rate, low residue residual and light color of capsicum meal, is suitable for capsicum with low pungency degree, and is more suitable for capsicum with high pungency degree. The method has a low production cost obvious market competition advantage.
