titleOfInvention | Heat-resistant epoxy resin composite material with excellent mechanical property and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a heat-resistant epoxy resin composite material with excellent mechanical property. The heat-resistant epoxy resin composite material is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-56 parts of TDE-85 epoxy resin, 1-2 parts of industrial coal cinder, 5-7 parts of silicon oil, 1-3 parts of potassium tetraborate, 1-2 parts of lead acetate, 3-5 parts of diethyl toluenediamine, 11-14 parts of allyl glycidyl ether, 7-9 parts of trimethylolpropane, 6-8 parts of linear alkyl benzene sulphonic acid, 1.2-2.3 parts of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, 4-7 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 8-10 parts of triethyl 2-acetylcitrate and 3-6 parts of additives. As industrial coal cinder is added into the epoxy resin, the surface of the coal cinder is treated, and other effective components are mixed and added into the raw materials, the prepared epoxy resin is excellent in mechanical property, high in toughness, high in glass-transition temperature and high in impact resistance, waste reuse is achieved, and meanwhile, the problem that solid wastes are hard to treat is solved. |
