abstract | The invention relates to an oil-resistant rubber sole which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38-42 parts of Buna-N rubber, 5-9 parts of butadiene rubber, 3-4 parts of zinc oxide, 1-2 parts of octadecanoic acid, 0.3-0.5 part of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer, 28-35 parts of fortifier, 3-4 parts of coumarone resin, 8-12 parts of dioctyl adipate and 8-10 parts of dioctyl sebacate. According to the oil-resistant rubber sole, the fortifier is any one of carbon black N550, spray carbon black, SRF and N990. The formula adopts nitrile rubber and butadiene rubber with low acrylonitrile content as main blended materials, the low-temperature cold resistance can be improved on the premise of meeting the oil resistance, under the circumstance of ensuring a certain amount of rubber content, a plasticizer adopts coordination of dioctyl adipate and dioctyl sebacate with good low-temperature performance, a vulcanization system adopts the vulcanization system with low sulfur and high acceleration, the crosslinking density of a sizing material is properly reduced under the resistance of meeting performance requirements, and the cold resistance of the sizing material is improved. |
