abstract The present invention provides a compound of formula I and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method thereof and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In the compound of the present invention, each end group of the polyethylene glycol molecule can be bonded with multiple rapamycin molecules through the multi-claw oligopeptide, thereby improving the drug loading rate. The compound can be used to induce immunosuppression and treat transplant rejection, autoimmune disease, solid tumor, fungal infection and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
