abstract | The invention provides a process for extracting hesperidin and tangerine peel yellow pigment from orange peel simultaneously. The process comprises the following steps: performing reflux extraction on dried orange peel with acid alcohol, filtering, concentrating, neutralizing, further filtering, adding alkali into the filtering residues to dissolve, neutralizing, and crystallizing, thereby preparing a pure hesperidin product; and adding ethanol into the filtrate to extract, and concentrating and drying, thereby preparing a pure tangerine peel yellow pigment product. The process is simple to operate, the production costs of tangerine peel yellow pigment and hesperidin are greatly lowered, and the production process is simplified. |
