titleOfInvention Furan ring-containing paramagnetic carborane derivative and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a furan ring-containing paramagnetic carborane derivative and a preparation method thereof. The molecular formula of the furan ring-containing paramagnetic carborane derivative is shown as follows: C19H24B10O2S2Co, and the molecular weight of the furan ring-containing paramagnetic carborane derivative is 515.57. A synthetic method of the compound comprises the following steps: with dichloromethane as a solvent, simultaneously adding CpCoS2C2B10H12 and furan alkynyl ketone in 20-35mL of dichloromethane according to the mass ratio of 1 to 1.5, carrying out reaction at the temperature of 15-25 DEG C for 12-17h, pumping the solvent by virtue of decompression, separating and purifying a residual solid crude product by virtue of a column chromatography method, and eluting the residual solid crude product by virtue of a mixed solvent of petroleum ether and dichloromethane to obtain a pure yellow solid compound.
