titleOfInvention Synthesis method of ZAO nanocrystallines
abstract The invention relates to a synthesis method of ZAO nanocrystallines. The method comprises the following steps: weighing Zn(NO3)2.6H2O and Al2(SO4)3.18H2O and adding into 500mL of water to obtain a solution A; weighing anhydrous sodium carbonate and adding into 500mL of water to obtain a solution B; putting a reactor filled with deionized water and a template in a room temperature water bath tank of an ultrasonic machine, dropwise adding the solutions A and B into a reaction utensil at the same time when the ultrasonic machine is at work, and continuously stirring; after dropwise adding, standing the system for a period of time to ensure full reaction, and then suction-filtering; cleaning precipitate several times by deionized water, drying the precipitate in an oven to obtain a white precursor Zn5(CO3)2.(OH)6; and after grinding, putting in a muffle furnace, and calcining and cooling to room temperature to obtain a white product ZAO powder. The method provided by the invention is simple, low in cost and easy to realize, and the conductivity and dispersibility of the synthesized ZAO nanocrystallines are obviously improved.
