abstract | The invention discloses a rapid prototyping device with pagewide-type spray printing compensation. The rapid prototyping device comprises 1, a construction platform which is provided with a construction chamber, 2, a construction displacement platform which is configured on the construction platform and carries out relative displacement, 3, a pagewide-type spray printing module which comprises at least one spray printing platform and multiple ink jet head structures, wherein the at least one spray printing platform and the multiple ink jet heads are assembled so that at least one pagewide-type spray printing unit is formed, the multiple ink jet head structures on the each pagewide-type spray printing unit comprise ink jet chips and multiple rows of the parallel ink jet chips are arranged in the mode of column staggered arrangement and partial overlap so that printing width span is greater than or equal to the width of the spray-printed pattern on the construction chamber, and 4, a spray-printing quality detection module which is used for detecting the abnormal amount of the spray-printed pattern by an image acquiring module to find ink-lacking positions caused by abnormal spray-printing of the ink jet chips and then carrying out point compensation. |
