The traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-45 parts of radix isatidis, 20-30 parts of rhizoma atractylodis, 10-15 parts of herba ephedra, 10-13 parts of folium isatidis, 10-20 parts of perilla leaf, 10-15 parts of cyrtomium rhizome, 5-8 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-20 parts of reed rhizome, 5-10 parts of dried tangerine or orange peel, 10-15 parts of agastache rugosus, and 5-7 parts of scutellaria sessilifolia.
