titleOfInvention Process for extracting total flavones from wheat germs
abstract The invention relates to a process for extracting the total flavones, and more particularly relates to a process for extracting the total flavones from the wheat germs. The invention provides the process, which is simple to operate, short in time consumption and high in extraction rate, for extracting the total flavones from the wheat germs. The invention adopts the technical scheme that the process disclosed by the invention adopts an ethanol digestion method for extraction and comprises the following technological steps: adding ethanol of which the concentration is 75% to 90% into degreased wheat germs according to the material-liquid ratio being 1:18 to 1:28, and heating and having a reaction under reflux for 4-5 hours in a water-bath pot at the temperature of 65-85 DEG C; filtering after reaction is ended, repeating the steps for 3-6 times, combining filtrates, concentrating and drying.
