titleOfInvention Rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil fast-disintegrating oral tablet and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil fast-disintegrating oral tablet and a preparation method thereof. The rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil fast-disintegrating oral tablet is prepared by taking 1.2-3.5 percent of rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil by weight, 8-15 percent of a flavoring agent by weight, 55-75 percent of a filling agent by weight, 5-7 percent of a disintegrating agent by weight, 1-4 percent of a flow aid by weight and 0.15-0.8 percent of a lubricating agent by weight as materials, adopting a beta-cyclodextrin camplexation technique and a powder direct tabletting method or a wet process granulating and tabletting method and pressing by the utilization of a tabletting machine. Compared with the prior art, the rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil fast-disintegrating oral tablet and the preparation method thereof have the benefits that beta-cyclodextrin camplexation powder wrapped with the rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil and other auxiliary materials are mixed and directly tabletted into the fast-disintegrating oral tablet; after being placed in an oral cavity, the fast-disintegrating oral tablet is mixed with saliva to be swallowed by a patient, so that the objectionable odor of the rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil is masked, the stimulation to gastrointestinal tracts is also reduced, and meanwhile, the treatment effect of the rhizoma acori graminei volatile oil is also not affected; the swallowing is convenient for infants and middle and old aged patients, transportation and storage are facilitated, and the market prospect is wide.
