The surface of any carrier fabric layer is coated with tourmaline particles. Multiple parallel conductive wires are evenly distributed on the surface of any carrier fabric layer, and any conductive wire is provided with multiple conductive points. The back portion, the front left portion and the front right portion are all formed by sewing far infrared negative ion fiber materials after nano-antibacterial and anti-mite treatment. The health care waistcoat has the advantages that the structure is reasonable, and the tourmaline particles on the surfaces of the carrier fabric layers can promote blood circulation and metabolism of the cervical vertebra and the thoracic vertebra.
