titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescent device and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides an organic electroluminescent device comprising an anode conductive substrate, a hole injection layer, a hole transmission layer, a luminescent layer, an electron transmission layer, an electron injection layer, a cathode layer and a packaging layer which are laminated in turn. The packaging layer comprises a nitrogen silicon carbide barrier layer and a mixed barrier layer. Material of the mixed barrier layer is the mixed material formed by carbide and binary metallic oxide, wherein mass percent of the carbide is 10-30%, the carbide is one or multiple types of SiC, WC, TaC, BC, TiC and HfC, and the binary metallic oxide is one or multiple types of MgAl2O4, Bi2Ti4O11, CrNiO4, CoCr2O4, Fe2LuO4 and Y3Al5O12. The packaging layer of the organic electroluminescent device is high in compactness so that corrosion of oxygen and water vapor to the device can be effectively reduced and the service life of the device is substantially enhanced. The invention also provides a preparation method of the organic electroluminescent device. |
