abstract | The invention provides an organic electroluminescent device comprising an anode conductive substrate, a hole injection layer, a hole transmission layer, a luminescent layer, an electron transmission layer, an electron injection layer, a cathode layer and a packaging layer which are laminated in turn. The packaging layer comprises a nitrogen silicon carbide layer, a silicide layer and a mixed layer in turn. The invention also provides a preparation method of the organic electroluminescent device. Corrosion of water vapor and oxygen to the organic electroluminescent device can be effectively reduced, organic functional material and electrodes of the device can be effectively protected and thus the service life of the organic electroluminescent device can be substantially enhanced. The method is especially suitable for packaging a flexible organic electroluminescent device. |
