titleOfInvention Efficient camellia seed selecting and husking machine
abstract The invention discloses an efficient camellia seed selecting and husking machine. The efficient camellia seed selecting and husking machine is structurally characterized in that a husking machine body is arranged above a separating machine housing, movable blades, which are arranged on a husking rotor inside the husking machine body, are uniformly distributed at an angle of 90 degrees with a spindle as a center; the husking rotor rotates at a high speed to drive the camellia seeds entering the interior of the husking machine body to do circumferential movement; when the camellia seeds are knocked by virtue of the movable blades and fixing blades arranged inside the husking machine body and are subjected to retention effect of a semicircular sieve, husks of the camellia seeds are crushed and the camellia seeds enter a kernel-husk selecting and separating system; the mixed oil material coming from the semicircular sieve enables the suction force generated by a forced fan to form a relative movement by the retention and dispersion effects of separation baffles; the flowing air goes away with lighter camellia seed husks and is discharged through an exhaust outlet of the fan; the residual camellia seed husks are discharged through a husk discharge hopper; the camellia seed kernels are discharged from a kernel discharge hopper; the ratio of kernels to husks in the camellia seed oil material is controlled by virtue of an air volume adjustment plate; and the effects that the husk-containing rate in the oil material is controlled and thus the production cost is decreased and the oil yield of the camellia seed oil material is increased are achieved.
