abstract | The invention discloses a process for preparing biodiesel by using soybean oil. According to the process test, reaction of transesterification is adopted; long-chain fatty acid formic ester and glycerol are formed by substituting glyceryl of fatty acid glyceride in the soybean oil by using methanol, so that the purpose of reducing the length of carbon chain and improving the fluidity of the carbon chain. The reaction principle is as shown in the attached drawing. The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: the conventional process is greatly reformed; the raw material production place of the biodiesel is enlarged; the abandoned land is fully used; the development of relative production, storage and sales industries is stimulated; more employment opportunities are provided. According to the process for preparing biodiesel by using soybean oil, the soybean oil is used as the raw material; a preparation method of the biodiesel is primarily explored. The process has the beneficial effects of being simple to implement, reasonable in design and convenient to operate; the investigation of the biodiesel proves that the biodiesel can be applied to daily production and has a good popularization prospect. |
