abstract A preparation method of a carbon nanotube sponge body comprises the steps: a carbon nanotube film structure and an oxidation solution are provided, the carbon nanotube film structure comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes, self-supporting structures among the plurality of carbon nanotubes are formed through mutual attraction by Van der Waals force, and the oxidation solution is prepared from an oxidant and hydrogen peroxide; the carbon nanotube film structure is soaked into the oxidation solution for treating, and a preform is formed; and in a vacuum environment, the preform is subjected to freeze drying. The invention also provides the carbon nanotube sponge body prepared by the method.
