abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a multi-directional super-strength polyester abrasive cloth. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the steps of 1) selecting yarns without chemical size, and then weaving the yarns by the four-strand combining method; 2) expanding the width, impregnating and then performing radial positioning and latitudinal positioning; 3) cutting off overlock stitch of a base cloth after impregnating for the second time, coating the first size on the surface without sand planting, drying with a temperature of 160 DEG C, and coating the second size on the surface without sand planting; 4) coating size to the front surface of the base cloth with the coated back, wherein the size is coated to the sand-planting surface of the base cloth; 5) uncoiling the processed base cloth, printing a trademark, and then coating primer. According to the preparation method, the consistency and uniformity of the multi-directional polyester base cloth product for a coated abrasive tool are ensured, the abrasive cloth with the same radial performance and the latitude performance, without directivity and with super static resistance is prepared, the limitation on width of the traditional abrasive cloth is changed, and the abrasive cloth can be infinite in width in theory during deep processing. |
