titleOfInvention Improved wood adhesive
abstract The invention discloses an improved wood adhesive which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3.5-8.5 parts of lignin, 2.3-4.6 parts of triethanolamine acetate, 0.8-1.8 parts of gamma-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxy silane, 3.7-4.2 parts of polyamide polyamine resin, 1.5-2.8 parts of epoxidized acetyl methyl linoleate, 1.2-2.6 parts of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 0.5-1.2 parts of fatty acid diethanol amide and 2-7 parts of ethyl alcohol. Compared with the conventional product, the improved wood adhesive has the advantage that the main component starch is rich in source, low in price and friendly to the environment, and ensures that the wood adhesive is low in cost, clean and free of pollution. The starch-based wood adhesive prepared by the invention is on a par with a formaldehyde-type adhesive in bonding strength and water resistance, and overcomes the technological defect that aldehyde compounds brought by formaldehyde-type adhesives used in wood product bonding pollute the environment and jeopardize the health; the starch-based wood adhesive can be cured at room temperature.
