titleOfInvention Artificial stone and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses an artificial stone. The raw materials of the artificial stone comprise stones, unsaturated polyester resin taken as the adhesive, and alkaline earth metal oxides and/or alkaline earth metal hydroxides, which are taken as the modifier to modify the unsaturated polyester resin. The invention further provides a preparation method of the artificial stone. The conventional artificial stone raw materials are improved: unsaturated polyester resin is taken as the adhesive, is modified by a modifier namely alkaline earth metal oxides and/or alkaline earth metal hydroxides, and is co-used with the stones. At the same time, the conventional artificial stone preparation technology is improved: the heating and curing-modification treatment is carried out after a plate is prepared. Thus the expansion coefficient (alpha) of the prepared artificial stone is reduced, and the thermal transition point (Tt) is increased at the same time.
