titleOfInvention A device and method for non-contact filling hydrogen into a medical infusion bag
abstract The invention relates to a technology for filling hydrogen into an infusion bag, and discloses a non-contact hydrogen filling device for a medical infusion bag, which includes a hydrogen generator (1), a gas-liquid mixer (2), and a positive displacement pump (3) , impeller pump (4), open water tank (8), pressure regulating valve (10), closed water tank (7). The hydrogen generator used in the present invention does not change any properties of the water except to increase the solubility of hydrogen. The volumetric pump and impeller pump used process the hydrogen into micro-nano bubbles, which greatly improves the solubility of hydrogen in water and shortens the time for hydrogen dissolution. Also disclosed is a non-contact filling method of hydrogen into the medical infusion bag, including gas-liquid mixing, high-pressure gas dissolution, and low-pressure release of micronano hydrogen bubbles. The invention has high hydrogen solubility, the shortest time consumption, saves production cost, improves product purity, reduces impurity content, ensures sterility and no pyrogen in the operation process, and meets clinical requirements for injections.
