The present invention provides a lithium composite metal oxide, which contains Li, Ni and Mn, and has a layered structure, in the powder X-ray diffraction pattern obtained by powder X-ray diffraction measurement using Cu-Kα rays, at 2θ =20.8±1° has a diffraction peak, the BET specific surface area is 6 m 2 /g to 30 m 2 /g, and the average particle diameter measured by laser diffraction scattering method is 0.1 μm to 10 μm. |
