abstract Provided in the invention is a color display device comprising a substrate, an anode formed on the substrate, a thin-film transistor array formed on the anode, a hole injection layer formed on the thin-film transistor array, a hole transport layer formed on the hole injection layer, a white-light emitting layer formed on the hole transport layer, an electron transfer layer formed on white-light emitting layer, a cathode formed on the electron transfer layer, a cover plate arranged above the cathode and contacted with the substrate, a color conversion layer arranged at the inner side of the cover plate, and a sealed frame glue bonding the substrate and the cover plate. The color conversion layer includes a blue sub pixel zone, a green sub pixel zone, and a red sub pixel zone, wherein the zones are arranged at intervals; a blue filtering layer is formed at the blue sub pixel zone, a green filtering layer or green conversion layer is formed at the green sub pixel zone, and a red filtering layer or red conversion layer is formed at the red sub pixel zone.
