titleOfInvention | Chromium-free passivator for nickel plating and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a chromium-free passivator for nickel plating and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of passivators. The chromium-free passivator for nickel plating comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of triethylamine, 1-5 parts of zinc phosphate, 20-30 parts of 3,6-diiodo-9-perfluorobutylethyl carbazole, 5-12 parts of sodium citrate, 6-15 parts of organic molybdenum, 15-24 parts of ethanol, 2-8 parts of ethyl acetate and 30-45 parts of water. According to the chromium-free passivator disclosed by the invention, triethylamine, zinc phosphate, 3,6-diiodide-9-perfluorobutylethyl carbazole, sodium citrate, organic molybdenum, ethanol, ethyl acetate and water are reasonably compounded together, the obtained passivator is an alkaline passivator and is suitable for nickel electroplating and chemical nickel-plating, particularly for nickel electroplating, the corrosion resistance can be effectively improved, and color change can be avoided, so that the product has good appearance. |
