titleOfInvention | Streptococcus agalactiae selective chromogenic culture medium and detection test paper thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a streptococcus agalactiae selective chromogenic culture medium. Each 1000mL of the culture medium comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-20g of a heart-brain extract, 2-6g of agar, 2-5g of peptone, 0.1-1g of specific enzyme chromogenic substrates, 0.05-20g of dimethylformamide, 0.01-0.08g of aztreonam, 1-5g of yeast powder, 1-8g of glucose, 3-5g of sodium pyruvate, 5-10g of sodium chloride, 0.1-0.3g of sodium lauryl sulfate and the balance of water. The invention also provides detection test paper containing the streptococcus agalactiae selective chromogenic culture medium. According to the streptococcus agalactiae selective chromogenic culture medium and the detection test paper thereof provided by the invention, two specific enzyme chromogenic substrates are compounded for use, and the specificity and sensitivity of the two specific enzyme chromogenic substrates on streptococcus agalactiae are significantly enhanced rather than that of streptococcus agalactiae using any one of the chromogenic substrates independently; and the detection test paper is convenient to use and high in specificity, and is favorable for increasing the detection speed and positive rate. |
