titleOfInvention Novel nucleic acid based on small RNA interference principle
abstract The alternating nucleic acid double strand based on RNA interference principle has sequence comprising adenine A, guanine G, thymine T, uracil U and cytosine C connected alternately via phosphoribosyl and deoxyribose phosphate. The duplexes may form a complete or major pair, each strand being 18-30 bases in length. The optimal base sequence of the first chain is 5 '-GAUUUAGCCAAGAAGUUCAGU-3', the optimal base sequence of the second chain is 5 '-UGAACUUCUUGGCUAAAUCGC-3', the nucleotide reductase can be interfered to play an anti-tumor effect, and the bases U and T can be replaced.
