The invention relates to a preparation method of a hybrid perovskite quantum dot material, which belongs to the technical field of preparation of nanometer materials and photoelectric materials. The hybrid perovskite quantum dot material is composed of inner core and surface ligands, and the structural formula of the inner core is: R 1 NH 3 AB 3 or (R 2 NH 3 ) 2 AB 4 . The surface of the organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite quantum dots synthesized by this method is covered with surface ligands, which can be stably dispersed in various organic solvents such as toluene and chloroform, providing a good source for the processing and application of hybrid perovskite quantum dot materials.
