titleOfInvention Preparation method for cordate houttuynia flavone
abstract The invention relates to a preparation method for cordate houttuynia flavone, and belongs to the field of food additives and preparation method thereof. The preparation method for the cordate houttuynia flavone comprises the following steps: (1) taking cordate houttuynia powder; washing and draining off the cordate houttuynia powder; adding hot water for soaking; conducting filtration; adding hot water again for soaking; conducting filtration; mixing the filtrate of the two times; (2) conducting vacuum concentration on the filtrate; adding organic solution; stirring the solution; leaving the solution to stand for sedimentation; (3) taking supernatant for vacuum concentration; passing the supernatant; eluting the resin exchanging column through a resin exchanging column by water first; eluting the resin exchanging column by organic alcohol solution then; collecting alcohol washing solution; (4) conducting vacuum concentration on the alcohol washing solution; spray-drying the concentrate to obtain powder, that is, the cordate houttuynia flavone. According to the invention, the yield of the cordate houttuynia flavone is 2.6%; the content of flavone is 43.9%; the product is stable in quality; the technology is relatively simple; the preparation cost is low.
