titleOfInvention Preparation method of celecoxib capsule
abstract The invention discloses a celecoxib capsule. The celecoxib capsule comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-100 parts of celecoxib, 25-50 parts of starch and 5-10 parts of a lubricating agent, wherein celecoxib is celecoxib monohydrate. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the celecoxib capsule. The preparation method comprises the steps of weighing celecoxib and the starch according to the proportion of a formula, carrying out dry granulation, adding the lubricating agent according to the proportion of the formula, uniformly mixing, and carrying out filling, polishing and bubble cap processing, so as to obtain the celecoxib capsule. The celecoxib capsule is low in consumption of raw and auxiliary materials and stable in quality; meanwhile, the dry granulation is used in the preparation method, so that the relatively good stability is achieved, and the character and stability of the celecoxib capsule in the storage period are remarkably improved; a total process is easy, and lots of manpower and materials are saved; the preparation method can be applied to large-scale process production.
