By using this compound to manufacture an organic electroluminescent device, high luminous efficiency and long-term stable driving can be realized. In formula (1), a, b, c, and d are 1 or 0, but a and b are not 0 at the same time; Py 1 and Py 2 are pyridyl or bipyridyl; when a is 0, Ar 1 is Hydrogen or aryl, when a is 1, Ar 1 is arylene, when b is 0, Ar 2 is hydrogen or aryl, when b is 1, Ar 2 is arylene; A is aryl; R 1 to R 8 are hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl.
