titleOfInvention Atomic absorption spectrum detection method for heavy metals in penaeus monodon
abstract The invention belongs to the field of detection methods, and discloses an atomic absorption spectrum detection method for heavy metals in penaeus monodon. The atomic absorption spectrum detection method comprises the following steps of (1) performing vacuum drying on the penaeus monodon, smashing the penaeus monodon, and screening the smashed penaeus monodon, putting penaeus monodon powder into a digestion tank, adding concentrated nitric acid with the concentration being 30wt%, citric acid with the concentration being 30wt%, hydrobromic acid, permanganic acid and trichloroacetic acid into the digestion tank, standing, and performing high-temperature microwave digestion; (2) preparing a standard solution, and drawing a standard curve; (3) setting following specific parameters in the atomic absorption spectrum method: the measured wavelengths of selenium, arsenic and lead are respectively 309nm, 320nm and 295nm, the lamp current is 3-5mA, a slit is 0.5-0.8mm, the drying temperature is 125-135 DEG C, the ashing temperature is 780-860 DEG C, and the atomization temperature is 1,550-1,650 DEG C; and (4) calculating the contents of the selenium, arsenic and lead in the penaeus monodon.
