titleOfInvention | Apparatus used for inducing systemic sclerosis model |
abstract | The invention belongs to the field of biomedical device for medical research, and concretely relates to a micro osmotic pumping unit used for inducing a systemic sclerosis model. The micro osmotic pumping unit comprises an Alzet micro osmotic pump, lipopolysaccharide and bleomycin; a bleomycin solution is loaded in the Alzet micro osmotic pump, and the lipopolysaccharide solution is coated on the surface of the pump. Through the in-vivo validation experiment, inflammation and fibration can be generated after hypodermic implantation of the pumping unit for 1-4 weeks, lung inflammation and fibration as well as systematic disordered immune response can be generated after 3-4 weeks. By employing the research model induced by the apparatus, epidemiological characteristics of systemic sclerosis can be better simulated, operation process is simple, repeatability is strong, and the apparatus has important meaning to systemic sclerosis pathogenesis and controlling measures. |
