titleOfInvention | High-activity cedar seed extract and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a high-activity cedar seed extract and application thereof. Specifically, the high-activity cedar seed extract has the following characteristics: (a) the molecular weight distribution of the extract is 280-310; (b) the total content of unsaturated fatty acid in the extract is more than or equal to 80 wt%; (c) the total content of diterpenoid substances derived from cedar seeds in the extract is less than or equal to 0.5 wt%; and (d) said cedar seed extract has nootropic activity when administered in a dosage of 0.01-50mg/kg body weight, preferably 0.02-11mg/kg body weight (human). The cedar seed extract of the invention shows high activity intelligence promoting effect at lower dosage and has good anti-fatigue effect. |
