abstract |
The invention relates to a method for preparing cordyceps sinensis strain materials with high infection activity through a psychrophyte cultivation greenhouse. The method includes the steps that the psychrophyte cultivation greenhouse built in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is used, opening and closing of the greenhouse and water mist spraying are manually or automatically controlled so that the temperature and the humidity in the greenhouse can be controlled, psychrophyte seedlings are obtained by the application of the agricultural gardening cultivation technique suitable for the greenhouse of the plateau, the psychrophyte seedlings cultivated in the greenhouse are sprayed and inoculated with prepared cordyceps sinensis sources, the proper environment is created to promote symbiosis of hirsutella sinensis in the asexual stage of cordyceps sinensis and living psychrophyte tissue, the symbiosis amount of the hirsutella sinensis in the psychrophyte tissue is increased, and the infection rate of the cordyceps sinensis strain materials obtained after symbiosis to thitarodes larvae can reach 90.8% to 94.9%. |
