abstract The invention belongs to the field of polymer coating materials, and discloses a photocurable chlorinated polypropylene-polyurethane oligomer BOPP water-based composite coating material, a preparation method and an application. The composite coating material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30-100 parts of photocurable water-based modified chlorinated polypropylene type water emulsion, 30-100 parts of water-based polyurethane oligomer type water emulsion, 0.1-1.5 parts of initiator, 0.1-1 part of leveling agent and 0.1-1 part of defoamer. The coating material prepared by the invention has good adhesion to BOPP. The surface energy of the coating material is high, and the ink spreads well on the coating material; the polyurethane oligomer used in the composite coating material has a low molecular weight, good viscosity, is easily penetrated by ink molecules, and has strong adhesion to the ink. Moreover, the coating material has a photocuring function, and after photocuring, the UV ink is connected to the coating material through a covalent bond, thereby further improving the adhesion between the coating and the ink.
