abstract The invention discloses a preparation method for a nucleic acid vaccine based on porcine circovirus (PCV). According to the nucleic acid vaccine, a condition that homology of ORF1 reading frames of PCV1 and PCV2 reaches up to 86% is researched aiming at ORF1 genes, high levels of corresponding antibodies in animal bodies can be produced through stimulation, and high specificity is represented; aiming at porcine infection and spread caused by PCV1 and PCV2, the nucleic acid vaccine can realize a prevention and control effect on the two virus (namely PCV1 and PCV2) through the similar reading frames of the two virus so as to realize the safe and effective effect.
