abstract The present invention discloses a galvanized steel plate surface rainbow passivation film treatment liquid preparation method. The treatment liquid comprises 33-37 g/L of chromium nitrate, 13-17 g/L of nickel nitrate, 6-8 g/L of copper sulfate, 12-14 g/L of chloride potassium, 6-8 g/L of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 5-7 g/L of sodium citrate, 14-16 g/L of tartaric acid, 8-10 g/L of phytic acid, 0.2-0.4 g/L of thiourea, and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises: adding an appropriate amount of water to a container; sequentially adding tartaric acid, phytic acid, chromium nitrate, nickel nitrate, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium citrate, wherein stirring is performed for 3-5 min when each component is added; stirring for 16-20 min after all the components are added; and finally adding thiourea and the remaining water, and uniformly stirring.
