titleOfInvention | Thulium-doped halogen phosphorus tellurite glass up-conversion luminescent material, and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a thulium-doped halogen phosphorus tellurite glass up-conversion luminescent material with a chemical formula of aTeO2-bPbF2-cPbCl2-dZnF2-eP2O5:xTm<3+>, wherein a is 0.25-0.35, b is 0.2-0.3, c is 0.05-0.15, d is 0.15-0.25, e is 0.1-0.2, and x is 0.01-0.05. In the photo-luminescence spectrum of the thulium-doped halogen phosphorus tellurite glass up-conversion luminescent material, thulium-doped halogen phosphorus tellurite glass up-conversion luminescent material excitation wavelength is 796nm; in a 475nm wavelength zone, light emission peak is formed by Tm<3+> ion <1>G4 to <3>H6 transition radiation. The material can be used as a blue light emission material. The invention also provides a preparation method of the thulium-doped halogen phosphorus tellurite glass up-conversion luminescent material, and an organic light-emitting diode applying the material. |
