titleOfInvention | Neodymium-ytterbium co-doped alkali-ytterbium fluoride salt glass up-conversion luminescent material and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a neodymium-ytterbium co-doped alkali-ytterbium fluoride salt glass up-conversion luminescent material. The chemical formula of the neodymium-ytterbium co-doped alkali-ytterbium fluoride salt glass up-conversion luminescent material is RYF4:xYb<3+>, yNd<3+>, wherein x is 0.01-0.06; y is 0.01-0.08; and R is element lithium, element sodium, element potassium, element rubidium or element cesium. In the photoluminescence spectrum of the neodymium-ytterbium co-doped alkali-ytterbium fluoride salt glass up-conversion luminescent material, the excitation wavelength of the neodymium-ytterbium co-doped alkali-ytterbium fluoride salt glass up-conversion luminescent material is 586 nanometers. In a region of 469 nanometers in wavelength, a luminescence peak is formed through transition radiation of Nd<3+> ions <2>P3/2 to <4>I15/2, and the luminescent material can be taken as a blue-light luminescent material. The invention further provides a preparation method of the neodymium-ytterbium co-doped alkali-ytterbium fluoride salt glass up-conversion luminescent material, and an organic light-emitting diode using the neodymium-ytterbium co-doped alkali-ytterbium fluoride salt glass up-conversion luminescent material. |
