titleOfInvention Ho/Nd-codoped sulfuretted yttrium silicate up-conversion luminescent material, preparation method of luminescent material and organic light emitting diode
abstract The invention provides a Ho/Nd-codoped sulfuretted yttrium silicate up-conversion luminescent material having a chemical formula of Y[2-x-y]SiS5:xHo<3+>,yNd<3+>, wherein x is not less than 0.01 and not more than 0.1 and y is not less than 0.01 and not more than 0.06. The Ho/Nd-codoped sulfuretted yttrium silicate up-conversion luminescent material can be excited by long-wave radiation of infrared rays to green light so as to form an emission peak in a 490nm wavelength region by transition radiation from Ho<3+> ions 5F3 to 5I8, and can be used as a blue-ray luminescent material. The invention further provides a preparation method of the Ho/Nd-codoped sulfuretted yttrium silicate up-conversion luminescent material and an organic light emitting diode which uses the Ho/Nd-codoped sulfuretted yttrium silicate up-conversion luminescent material.
