The invention discloses an anti-corrosion and antistatic environment-friendly polyaniline coating comprising a component A and a component B, and the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 10:1 to 20:1. The component A is prepared from the following components: 1, 92 g of liquid epoxy resin E42; 2, 67 g of tritolyl phosphate; 3, 1 g of OP-10; 4, 4 g of n-butyl alcohol; 5, 4 g of ammonium persulfate; 6, 1.5 g of distilled water; 7, 1.5 g of a 0.4 mol/L camphorsulfonic acid aqueous solution; 8, 5 g of phenylamine; 9, 1.6 g of dimethicone; and 10, 6.1 g of propylene carbonate. The component B is composed of the following components: 158 g of liquid aliphatic polyamine, 36 g of polyaniline, 2 g of titanium dioxide, 15 g of ethylene glycol monophenyl ether, 17 g of xylene, and 6 g of castor oil. The coating has the advantages of high polyaniline content, good anti-corrosion property, no pollution, low cost and the like. |
