titleOfInvention High toughness PBT (polybutylene terephthalate)/PET (polyethylene terephthalate) alloy and preparation method
abstract The invention discloses a high toughness PBT (polybutylene terephthalate)/PET (polyethylene terephthalate) alloy and a preparation method. The high toughness PBT/PET alloy comprises the following components by mass: 20%-60% of PBT, 20%-60% of PET, 15%-20% of a toughening agent, 0.1%-1% of a chain extender, 0.1%-1% of a compound nucleating agent, 1%-3% of an anti hydrolysis agent, 0.5%-2% of a lubricant and 0.1%-1% of an antioxidant. The beneficial effect of the high toughness PBT/PET alloy is in that, compared with the existing technology, the prepared PBT/PET alloy not only has the respective advantages of PBT and PET, makes up for the defects of single component performance, and is low in cost, the obtained product is low in shrinkage rate and good in heat resistance and impact toughness, the impact strength is up to 900J/m, and the cost is reduced. The preparation method of the PBT/PET alloy is simple and easy to operate.
