abstract The invention relates to a formula of a food preservative film. The formula contains the following ingredients in parts by weight: 50 parts of linear low-density polyethylene, 4 parts of modified starch, 5 parts of plant polysaccharides, 7 parts of arabic gum, 4 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5 parts of organic carboxylic acid amides, 1 part of microcrystalline wax poly(butyl diacid-butylene glycol) ester, 3 parts of Poly (butyl diacid-adipic acid-butylene glycol) ester, 3 parts of poly(hydroxyl butyric acid-pentanoic acid) copolyester and 5 parts of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The formula further contains 3 parts by weight of trimethyl phosphate. The food preservative film provided by the invention has good antibacterial performance, plays a role in inhibiting a variety of vegetative forms of bacteria and fungal spores, is good in oxygen permeability, long in preservative period and strong in temperature tolerance, is applicable to cryopreservation, microwave heating and food-grade packaging materials and is non-toxic and harmless.
