abstract | The present invention belongs to the technical field of preparation methods and applications of veterinary anti-infection drugs, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a veterinary injection containing amfomycin calcium, hydrocortisone and kanamycin sulfate, and applications of the veterinary injection in poultry, pigs, dogs, cats and cattle. The formulation comprises (a) bulk drugs amfomycin calcium, hydrocortisone and kanamycin sulfate, (b) a solubilizer, (c) a stabilizing agent, (d) a preservative, and (e) an antioxidant. According to the present invention, the injection containing amfomycin calcium, hydrocortisone and kanamycin sulfate is prepared by adopting the stirring method, is the colorless to pale yellow clear solution, has characteristics of good stability, rapid absorption, long elimination half life and high bioavailability, and can be used as the veterinary injection formulation. |
