abstract A rapeseed steaming and stir-frying control system comprises a horizontal-typed steaming and stir-frying pot, a thermal conductive oil boiler and a coal gas producer. The coal gas producer is connected to the thermal conductive oil boiler through a gas supply pipeline. An elevation of the horizontal-typed steaming and stir-frying pot is lower than that of the thermal conductive oil boiler. The thermal conductive oil boiler comprises a hearth, a boiler shell and a first thermal conductive oil pipeline. An oil pipeline inlet and an oil pipeline outlet are arranged on the boiler shell. The first thermal conductive oil pipeline is formed by an outlet section, a spiral section and an inlet section in a successively connecting manner, wherein the outlet section is connected between the oil pipeline outlet and the horizontal-typed steaming and stir-frying pot, the inlet section is connected between the oil pipeline inlet and the horizontal-typed steaming and stir-frying pot, and the spiral section is disposed in the hearth. An oil storing tank is connected to one end, which is connected to the horizontal-typed steaming and stir-frying pot, of the inlet section. An oil suction pump is disposed on the inlet section. In the invention, coal is converted into coal gas through the coal gas producer and then the coal gas is supplied for the thermal conductive oil boiler so that the coal gas is combusted fully and pollution is less. By means of the oil suction pump and the oil storing tank on the first thermal conductive oil pipeline, constant supplement of thermal conductive oil is ensured, thereby ensuring high-efficient and stable heating.
