titleOfInvention Shale hollow block-ore mixed crusher
abstract The invention discloses a shale hollow block-ore mixed crusher. The shale hollow block-ore mixed crusher comprises a crusher body and at least two feed lines, wherein discharge holes of the feed lines are all located above a feeding hole of the crusher body. The shale hollow block-ore mixed crusher is characterized in that each feed line comprises a feeder, a belt conveyor and an electronic belt scale, wherein the belt conveyor is arranged under a discharge hole of the feeder and the discharge end of the belt conveyor is connected with the feeding end of the electronic belt scale; a funnel-shaped charger is further arranged above the feeding hole of the crusher body; the discharge ends of the electronic belt scales of all the feed lines are located above a feeding hole of the charger. The shale hollow block-ore mixed crusher has the advantages that one feed line is provided for every type of raw materials to guarantee that the production feed process is not interfered, and the conveying speeds of the belt conveyors are adjusted by the electronic belt scales according to the weights of the actual materials, so that the production quality of the products can be guaranteed. Iron substances in the raw materials are adsorbed to reduce the interference with the effective constituents of the products and also reduce the harm of the iron substances to the crusher.
