abstract | The invention discloses a nano drug carrier, a preparation method and an application thereof. The nano drug carrier is a mesoporous silicon dioxide composite particular including an inner core, a middle layer and an outer layer. The inner core is a nano mesoporous silicon dioxide particle, the middle layer is arranged on the surface of the inner core and includes at least one self-assembling layer, wherein the self-assembling layer includes Con A and glycogen which are combined with each other, and the outer layer is a transferrin layer which is arranged on the surface of the middle layer. In the invention, a layer-by-layer self-assembling membrane-making technology is employed. At least one Con A-glycogen self-assembled layer is formed on the surface of the nano mesoporous silicon dioxide particle and finally a super-molecular layer-shaped membrane with the transferrin being the outer layer is formed. The nano drug carrier is good in biocompatibility, is simple in preparation method and has a double-characteristic including tumor targeting and stimulative responding. |
