abstract |
The invention discloses a scheme for producing various main and side products by reasonable utilization of flour. The special technical scheme is as follows: the flour is prepared into wet dough, and after gluten is washed, the wet dough is separated into two parts: the gluten is prepared into a raw gluten product by a screw machine; crude starch milk stands for 30-60 minutes, then crude fiber and starch milk are separated by a centrifugal sieve; then yellow pulp and primary starch milk are separated from the starch milk; and the primary starch milk is dried and prepared into dry starch. The scheme disclosed by the invention has the following beneficial effects that the utilization rate of wheat is greatly increased, not only can a main product (wheat starch) of the wheat be obtained, but also the side products (gluten) with high value and a little amount of alcohol can be obtained; and the production plan is scientific and reasonable and the economic benefit is improved. |
