abstract | The invention discloses a metal treating agent and a composite material and its preparation method. Formula of the metal treating agent is as follows: 70-240 parts by weight of organic ammonium salt and 55-160 parts by weight of an organic acid agent are added into 1,000 parts by weight of a solvent. The preparation method of the composite material comprises the following steps: firstly, stainless steel is pretreated to form multiple holes in the surface of the stainless steel; then, surface chemical treatment is carried out by putting the stainless steel into the above metal treating agent; and finally, injection moulding is carried out. The composite material is formed by integrating the stainless steel and plastic into one piece by the above preparation method. Cost and energy consumption of the stainless steel surface chemical treatment technology through the metal treating agent are low. The surface of the stainless steel which has undergone chemical surface treatment is basically not blackened, and the overall usage appearance of a product is not influenced. Meanwhile, the bonding effect of the stainless steel and plastic is good, bonding strength is high, and structure looseness is not easy to happen. |
