abstract | The invention discloses a microecological preparation and application thereof to improving the production and immune performances and meat quality of broilers. The active ingredients of the microecological preparation are cultures obtained by culturing a compound bacterium with a fermentation medium, wherein the active ingredients of the compound bacterium comprise bacillus subtilis, saccharomyces cerevisiae and lactobacillus plantarum. The microecological preparation can be used for obviously increasing the valine content, methionine content, lysine content, phenylalanine content, cystine content, tyrosine content, proline content and crude protein content of chicken, the chest muscle tenderness, the chest muscle elasticity and the chicken leg muscle chewiness, reducing the cholesterol content, fat content and drip loss of chicken and obviously increasing the slaughtering rates, feed conversion ratios, apparent digestibility of proteins, calcium and phosphorus, weights, thymus indexes, spleen indexes, bursal indexes, red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rates and red blood cell immune complex rosette rates of broilers and the contents of protein, alpha-amylase and cholinesterase in broiler serums. |
